Regular Cancellation
Cancellation fee after May 1st: 50% due to administrative costs incurred.
Cancellation fee after June 1st: 80% due to administrative costs incurred.

Covid rules will be based on the national regulations at the time.
Important for visas
Due to immigration problems we have previously encountered from several countries
we have a policy not to write invitation letters until we have received the
following
1. Proof of payment of registration fee.
2. Official confirmation in writing (not e-mail) of University
or head of department/ Company status.
3. Proof of return travel.
